MicroBlaze 2.6.19 kernel development is still a work in progress.  If 
you wish to evaluate it, please see the instructions posted here:

They describe how to build a 2.6.19 microblaze kernel within the 
PetaLinux environment.

It is quite likely that your driver will build just fine in 2.6.19 (vs 
2.6.18-rc6), or that any changes are likely to be trivial.
