Hi Lancer,
I've written up some notes suggesting how to use PetaLinux in a split
environment - please see the following link:

The basic idea is to run the ISE/EDK flow on Windows, and the embedded
Linux build under Linux.
Please have a look at the info, and let me know if you have any
questions or problems with it.
