Nope - I refer to the one that is bundled with the PetaLinux 
distribution package from http://developer.petalogix.com

The distribution includes kernel and app/libraries sources, compilers, 
scripts, hardware reference designs, BSP tools, everything.  We bundled 
it to make it easier to get started and avoid version skew between 
various components.
