[microblaze-uclinux] u-boot on 2.6

Hi all,
I guess, I'm doing something stupid, but here it goes.
After loading of the u-boot.srec, the computer is waiting an waiting, and nothing happens :(

I think I did what is described in the manuals in "using prebuild images" and it is:

----------------- cut ------------------------

[root@dc7600 Xilinx-Spartan3E500-RevC]# petalinux-boot-prebuilt -p Xilinx-Spartan3E500-RevC -k 2.6 -l 1
configuring the FPGA...
FPGA configuration completed.
Done..
Connect hyperterminal or kermit at 115200 baud.
=================================================
FS-BOOT First Stage Bootloader (c) 2006 PetaLogix
=================================================
FS-BOOT: System initialisation completed.
FS-BOOT: No existing image in FLASH. Starting image download.
FS-BOOT: Waiting for SREC image....

(sending the image via "cat images/u-boot-2.6.srec > /dev/ttyS0")

FS-BOOT: Image download successful.
FS-BOOT: Warning image location differ from default boot location. Image will not boot automatically after POR.
FS-BOOT: Press 'n' to boot old image.
FS-BOOT: Use new image.
FS-BOOT: Booting image...

----------------------- cut --------------------

I also get no response on boot to level 2.

Any Ideas ?

Just in case it makes a difference:
System is Fedora FC6, FGA-Board is Xilinx-Spartan3E500 REVISION D, Downloaded "petalinux-v0.20-rc2.tar.gz"

Cheers & thanks
