sigh.. that's what you get for fixing stuff on the run!

Updater should now work on all -rc versions..

Currently we don't autoselect the ethernet driver, you need to choose 
the one appropriate for your platform.

It's certainly possible, but needs to be considered carefully. Fr one 
thing, the mechanism by which we do it would take us further from 
accepted kernel style in how the Kconfig shold work.
