Dear Kala855,

Some additional information for debug purposes:

You can open the Motorola S-Record file (u-boot.srec) and cross check the starting address. Look at the 4th character till 8th character in 2nd Line and you will find the starting address in hex. Double check whether the routine GO in fs-boot.c pointing to the correct starting address of your u-boot image.
