Ok, but I'm really in a tight corner by now !! I'm *very very* adapted to developing device drivers as loadable modules. I've a custom frame buffer driver on Spartan3e microblaze. my frame buffer is attached to OPB as a dual port memory. The microblaze is writing to one port while my custom CRT controller reads from the other port. I need to get Nano-X working on that custom framebuffer. I already have coded my framebuffer driver as a module !! but how to integrate it with the kernel tree by now ????
