Re: [microblaze-uclinux] PetaLinux and Snmp

Hi Chun!

Thanks for answer.

I'm using the snmpd for snmp agent and the net-snmp package for all other snmp  aplications that I need, for e.g.  snmpwalk, snmpget,...

At this moment,  I need know how  to start snmpd (agent) who is available at the fpga after upload the image.bin and boot...

I tried to start manually the snmpd with some parameters (as the help show me), but unsucessfully. (snmpd -h 127.0.0.1 -p 161 -c public & ).

Looking for snmp process (with top), its OK, but don't respond to a snmpget command from an other host.

Hi, Jorge

There are two versions of snmp application in the user/vendor setting under network application: snmpd and net-snmp. Which one you use?

Chun Yeow
