Re: [microblaze-uclinux] problems with "make menuconfig" menus

hi john,

this is the URL of tutorial "Petalinux from Scratch" is:

http://developer.petalogix.com/wiki/BoardGuides/Custom/Tutorial

Is there some general configuration for 2.6 kernel settings??, like for 2.4 kernel that come in the tutorial above?

i want to download the image.bin to my board, but via XMD from EDK. And i have probe with 2.4 and 2.6 kernel but i did not have sucessful (i also have probed with ), i have message like:

Found romfs @ 0x2220708c
#### klimit 2221f000 ####
Moving 0x00230000 bytes from 0x2220708c to 0x2221e9a4
New klimit: 0x2244f000

or when i tried with FS-Boot, in my Hyperterminal window appers:

=================================================
FS-BOOT First Stage Bootloader (c) 2006 PetaLogix
=================================================
FS-BOOT: System initialisation completed.
FS-BOOT: Waiting for SREC image...

i send the u-boot.srec image, the spinning wheel appers but after that nothing happens, any message, nothing

I am using Spartan 3E Rev.D, are there any problems with this board??, are there some threads related with problems with this board in the "microblaze mailing-list"??
is there any tutorial for this board??
Can i use the pre-built Files of Spartan 3E rev.C for my rev.D board??

thanks

This means the Wiki pag eyou are looking at still referes to 2.4 kernel
instructions, but the default is 2.6. Can you please post the URL of
the page you are referring to?

Thanks,

John
