Yes -- I believe I'm doing all the necessary steps:
0) cd hardware/user_platforms/Xilinx/my_s3e1600
1) xps (to change microblaze cache-size)
2) make -f system.make init_bram
3) petalinux-copy-autoconfig
4) cd software/petalinux-dist
5) make clean
6) make all
The makefile deposits a image.bin into /tftpboot. I download that to the FGPA-board, then restart CPU-execution.
It seems like the CPU gets 'stuck' at one address. (In XMD, I repeatedly type 'stop; con;', and for a given
image.bin & session, the stop-address doesn't change.) I'll probably need to debug this further.
I'm using a local (bram) memorsze of 8KB (as recommended for fs-boot.)
Just out of curiousity, is the size of the local BRAM (for fs-boot) somehow co-dependent on the cache-size?
