RE: [microblaze-uclinux] XUP V2P and VDEC1 Board
Well, more or less, the reference design you have writes video into
memory. If you want to 'capture it' then you need to write it into a
buffer in memory instead. The only real part of it that the processor
might help with is to control where in memory the frames are written. I
believe that Video4Linux is an API that can abstract that process
somewhat.
