Hi Victor,

because if you look to config.mk file in board/petalogix/... you can see that
some parameters go from kernel configuration.

You can download latest version of uboot either from my site(git.monstr.eu) or
git.denx.de and download latest u-boot generator. Manual is on
http://www.monstr.eu/wiki/doku.php?id=uboot:uboot.
