[microblaze-uclinux] Correct typos in "Migrating to PetaLinux from an existing uClinux environment"

Hi!
One of the developers that I support found a couple of typos in the guide:

* Create the 'edk_user_repository' Link
It referres to $PETALINUX/hardware/my_hardware_project when earlier in Hardware
Project Directory it states
$PETALINUX/hardware/user_platforms/<my_hardware_project>. The second line with "ln
-s" must also be updated to reflect the added directory level: "ln -s
../../edk_user_repository".

* Build your Hardware Project
The same as above goes for pt. 1 with the reference to
$PETALINUX/hardware/my_hardware_project.
