Hi,
What board and device are you using. I am also having some similar problems with 10.1, See the stream on FS-Boot, EDK 10.1 Spartan 500ERevD for my experiences. I am trying various approaches and getting different results. Right now I am setting up various versions of Xilinx tools to see how the results compare. I will report my findings.

The wheel just spins for 1 second and then stops, and when I open XMD
