You can download the source code / build package for the MMU tools from 
here:

http://developer.petalogix.com/downloads/microblaze-mmu-tools.tar.gz

Note this package is almost as I received it from Xilinx, with a few 
tweaks to build against the kernel headers in PetaLinux 2.6.20 kernel, 
for example.
