[microblaze-uclinux] Telnet / Ftp not working with serial console

Hello everybody.
Hope this is a simple question, but I would not bet on it!

I'm using petalinux v0.30.
I have enabled user/ftp and user/telnetd (with openpty disabled).
If I enable the serial console on uartlite telnet and ftp daemons stop
working (they are not started and starting them manually does not seem
to work - I get for example "telnetd: getpeername: Socket operation on
non-socket").

I I disable the console on uartlite they work perfectly.
Is there anybody else who encountered this problem in the past?
I remember to have used the board with both the serial console and
telnet..

Some misc configs:
* Unix98 PTY support
* Legact (BSD) PTY support
(256) Maximum number of legacy PTY in use
