[microblaze-uclinux] Net-SNMP performance

Hi folks,
hope you could give me some advices.

I tried both net-snmp and snmpd.

The latter is working as expected, but is a bit tricky to extend. Please
correct me if I'm wrong.

I already succesfully used the net-snmp implementation in the past (in
blackfin uClinux), but in Petalinux is giving me problems: it takes
quite long to become operative (to answer to snmp requests) - sometimes
tens of seconds, and some other times it doesn't answer at all.
And it is very slow.

Please note that I have enabled CONFIG_LARGE_ALLOCS in kernel to let
net-snmp agent to start.

I would like to know if anybody else is suffering from these issues or
has any advice to give me.

Many thanks.
Giulio
