[microblaze-uclinux] [PROPOSAL] Re-instate the use of Kconfig.preempt and Kconfig.hz

Hi!
Related to the recent finding of a problem with low frequency (50MHz)  
Microblaze and poor performance (ie. process freeze/hanging) and the  
solution to raise the CONFIG_HZ parameter from 100 to 250 I have two  
questions:

* Why could I choke the microblaze with data (30 bytes packets) at  
115k2 bps and uartlite (16 byte FIFO)?
* Could we re-install the submenues preempt and hz under Processor  
type and features?
