Hi John and Michal,
you were right with your assumptions, I copied our vendor folder to the new petalogix tree.
I deleted the vendor folder again and used:
petalinux-new-platform -v nanotronic -p s3a-starter -k 2.6
afterwards I updated the config.arch link in the petlinux-dist folder as it was broken.
I run make menuconfig and make again and u-boot was build successfully (I expected a failure due to I did not undo the changes).
Regarding cpuinfo in /proc:
When using the obsolete parameter: PARAMETER CORE_CLOCK_FREQ_HZ = 66666667 in the mss file
it is correct.
I am fine with that, just wanted to let you know.
Greetings,
Marco

Yes. This change is there because we support uartlite or uart16550 console.
As John wrote - run petalinux bsp again in hw project and update your
Kconfig.auto and I believe that will work.
Thanks,
Michal
