[microblaze-uclinux] dosfstools updates

Hi,

I've come up with patches to dosfstools that allow mkdosfs and dosfsck to 
run in the memory-limited MMU-less Microblaze uClinux environment. I'm 
wondering where is the best place to submit them. Is anyone in this group 
interested in reviewing / merging them? Or would it make more sense to 
push them upstream into the main dosfstools distribution first?
