Either Wendy or Michal may correct me here, but the SVN versions of
these are either at SP2 or SP3 status, however the revup from SP2 to
SP3 is largely automatic, EDK will just do it when you open the
project.

plb_v46 status is stable, as it has been for a long time.  The kernel
largely doesn't care.

MicroBlaze v7.10.d support will be automatic - we automatically
generate the -mcpu= CPUFLAGS when compiling the kernel, so any CPU
version specific optimisations will be enabled in th ekernel build
(not that there are any between 7.10.c and .d AFAIK.

So basically, situation normal, it will all just work.
