I haven't benchmarked it, but I suspect you'll see around 15-25MBps,
depending largely on your CPU clock frequency.

Yes, just use the ll_temac driver.

There may be some PHY setup required - we have used this device/driver
combination on the S3ADSP board, but it has a different PHY from the
S3E1600.
