Okay, could you clarify where I should look, to get the most current
MMU build??
I've built 0.30 here, but haven't done anything else with it as I
understand it does not contain MMU code.

As I think I wrote recently, we are right in the middle of pushing
MicroBlaze upstream to kernel.org. Michal Simek, who works for
PetaLogix, is doing the work there.
The email you quote is basically the latest in a long line of requests
to Linux Torvalds to get him to pull the MicroBlaze patches into
mainline. We've passed all the review requirements, we just need him
to pull it now, and MicroBlaze will be a mainline, mainstream
architecture! This is big news.
Only one my small comment. Current pull request contains only noMMU kernel code.
MMU code will follow in future.

In future versions of PetaLinux we will be moving to this
mainline-derived kernel, up from the 2.6.20 kernel we have been on for
a long time now.
Is this the version 0.40 release of the Linux package for MicroBlaze with
MMU ??
I know we're waiting for that package, to start looking at our ML505
development board.
My apologies for the delay on this - actually the response we got to
the idea of a new snapshot was somewhat underwhelming, either people
are happy on 0.30, or using SVN, or both.
However, we have not forgotten about it, and I'll get onto it as soon
as I am back from the US end of next week.
