The MMU support is fully maintained in the PetaLogix SVN (SubVersion)
tree.  Details on how to pull it down are here:

In here you will find a number of MMU-enabled reference designs, and
also the petalinux-new-platform command understands the "-m" parameter
to indicate you want to use a default kernel config thatenables the
MMU.
