[microblaze-uclinux] microblaze ptrace support

Hi Michal,

it looks like microblaze got merged this merge window but still with
and old-style ptrace implementation.

Can you take a look at
http://sourceware.org/systemtap/wiki/utrace/arch/HowTo and convert it to
the new world order?  This should reduce the amount of code you have
to maintain and make sure you'll keep your ptrace implementation
long-term.
