Blah - Murphy's Law strikes.  For those who are trying to register and
download, please be patient.  For some unknown reason the downloader
is serving zero-length files.  We're on it, and I'll post another
message here when it's fixed.

No need to repeat your registration, your original link will be fine
once we sort out the downloader.
