Thanks for the report. The packages in PetaLinux-dist are derived
from those found in the original uClinux-dist, and given the huge
number it is just not possible for us to test them all.
Patches to fix any of them are welcome!

gdbserver has not been validated with the MMU / glibc toolchain. It
works with uClibc and nommu.
