petalogix BSP will need to be modified to work around the
curent differences of the API of Xilinx functions called by .tcl introduced
in XPS 11.1

the problem seems to me is in petalogix BSP. I haven't installed XPS 11.1
but
I think we can find a solution without it.
Please find standalone*.tcl and tell me where is.
Check this path too.

You should find any *.tcl script or bsp folder.
Can someone confirm the same problem on XPS11?
