To elaborate on this, I have OPB interrupt controller; however, in
menuconfig I rather enabled:
1. Xilinx uartlite serial port support
2. Support for console on Xilinx uartlite serial port
3. Xilinx 10/100 OPB EMACLITE support
... as suggested by the manual.
