Well, finally the problem comes from my DTE port, it is defectuous so it was not a configuration problem.

Hi Faiza, 
You downloaded the microblaze bitstream, but have you downloaded the binary image of the kernel ? have you then reset and run the image (with something like con <address of the image> on the XMD console for example).
If everything is ok with that and it still doesn't work, try using cutecom instead of Kermit for example and see if it works.
