Hi Marlin,

I haven't used it with PetaLinux, but rather with a custom program.
Now I recall that I actually read BMP data and shifted each pixel's
data (3 colors) within 32-bit word myself to make them readable by the
TFT core. To start out you can use one of the few examples available
from Xilinx. One of them is for Digilent's V2Pro board
(http://www.digilentinc.com/Data/Products/XUPV2P/slideshow_256mb.zip),
but I've also seen it being used for others like ML401. These examples
have been developed for previous ISE versions, but still work with the
new TFT.

Victor
