[microblaze-uclinux] CONFIG_XILINX_UARTLITE_1_IRQ undeclared

I'm sure this is simple, but I haven't figured it out yet.  I built
petalinux-v0.40 and got it running on my Spartan 3AN dev kit.  Now I'm
working on trying to get it running on our own board.  When I do a make
all, I get:

arch/microblaze/platform/common/xuartlite.c:43: error:
`CONFIG_XILINX_UARTLITE_1_IRQ' undeclared here (not in a function)

Any ideas what I need to add/remove to solve this issue?
