you can look at http://developer.petalogix.com/git/gitweb.cgi u-boot-microblaze.git
there is latest u-boot code with ll_temac (drivers/net/xilinx_ll_temac.c). You can find very similar
driver in PetaLinux distribution (petalinux-dist/u-boot/board/petalogix/xilinx_lltemac/xps_ll_temac)
which is clone of driver which I am talking on my wiki.
