I won't answer for petalogix but as QEMU maintainer.

The MicroBlaze port hasn't been shipped with any QEMU release yet.
Once that's done and we get a bit of feedback, I'm fairly sure the
system emulation part is going to change to "OK".

The linux-user emulation is still quite untested. I've mainly used
it to verify the CPU port (QEMU linux-user is a bit easier to debug
compared to QEMU system emulation).
