Thanks Martin for your care. Let me tell you somethig....

In EDK (nothing about petalinux), I tested the example software 
"Test_memory" that allows me test serial port (DTE or DCE). Well, using DTE 
port (with my cable to may CPU serial port), with hyperterminal there is 
nothing on the console. But it does using Spartan 3E DCE.....So, I saw words 
in my hyperterminal using DCE...  So, a question....

-Do you think it could be the same for my Fsboot project ???...I think it 
is....If so, I must to change my output DTE for DCE in EDK reference 
project.....or cables TX and RX pins.
