I would be quite surprised if there were C library features you
required in uClibc, that are absent from glibc.  Have you tried it?

Also, I recommend you get the basics right first before getting too
tricky - get your core system worked out using the recommended flow.

I can't say without a detailed analysis of your requirements.  If you
are building an MMU system, you will have to use glibc for now.
