Yes. I have a functional partial reconfiguration design using ISE 6.1 under UNIX. (I guess I haven't tried all the possibilities and it might be that I therefore missed the bug).

Today, my Xilinx FAE told me that there's bug (he couldn't tell what the bug 
is)  in partial
reconfiguration using ISE 6.x. He said the bug will be corrected in ISE 7.x 
version, and
advised me to use ISE 5.x instead. Does anyone know the bug?

BTW, the current reference design in XAPP290 uses ISE 6.1.02i. Does anyone 
successfully
make a partial reconfiguration desing in ISE 6.x (latest version: 6.2 sp 2)?
