[partial-reconfig] Dynamic Power Consumption

Hi,

I wanted to get an estimate of the power consumption for a microblaze 
processor on virtex II. I am not sure how to estimate the dynamic power 
for the processor.

Any clues/ hints in this direction will be helpful.
