[partial-reconfig] Partial Reconfig and ISE 6.3

Hello,

I installed ISE 6.3 SP1 some days ago. Just now I have many errors of 
this kind:

ERROR:DesignRules:579 - Netcheck: The signal POS_I was found to be 
routed with nodes in two route area. This is not permitted for Modules 
in partial reconfiguration mode.

I visited the ncd with FPGA Editor and yes the net is routed in two 
route ares. But this is not necessary, since the driver and load are 
within the same module.

How about your experience with 6.3.
