[partial-reconfig] Reconfiguration time

Hello,

I want to use partial reconfiguration in a feedback control system. 
Against the background of real time needs I need to know which issues 
influence the reconfiguration time. Of course the bit stream size 
matters. But how is the clock of ICAP related to the bit file size and 
reconfiguration time?
