[partial-reconfig] HWICAP control

Hello:

  I have some questions about the use of the HWICAP module. Suppose that I
have a partial bitstream I generate using the partial reconfiguration flow.
I store it in a block ram and I want to configure the FPGA with it through
the ICAP module. 
To program the FPGA though the ICAP what should I do? I mean, I just have to
read the partial configuration file and write it through the ICAP module? or
I have to read the configuration until the ICAP points to the beginning of
the frames I am going to reconf?
