Thanks for the reply...

I think both of us are right when it comes to the Bus Macro LOC
constraints... Since only one TBUF is tied to a location through an LOC
constraint, and this is the TBUF which can be viewed through
Floorplanner, it is possible to have different LOC constraints for the
Bus Macro, depending on which TBUF is tied...

If you opt for the E TBUF ( the first one in the right-hand portion of
the BM ), the LOC will have to fall on the module boundary... It appears
that this is what xapp290 suggests on page 20 that the BMs should fall
on a multiple of 4 and on module boundaries... this is what I was
talking about...

Of course if another TBUF is used as reference, the LOC will naturally
fall somewhere else... I suppose thats what you meant when you said that
the BM must begin at x = 18...

Thanks for your help... I'd appreciate a reply to my post about JBits
too...
