I can empathize... your name appears all over the internet on the
FPGA/RTR message boards dating back several years...

I've been working on AES using RTR, but I must admit I've been seriously
considering venturing more into the relatively safe, mathematical work
on Galois Fields and making that the major feature of my thesis if I hit
a dead-end... that said, I've already invested a lot into RTR and I hope
it works out, for all of us and for this new field, even if it is an
academic niche as you rightly said...
