[partial-reconfig] Bus Macros -- Bi-directional

Hello all,

I have been reading the xapp290 and following the discussion in this group
regarding partial reconfiguration. It finally took a lot of time for me before I
could come up with one simple working partial reconfigurable design.

One of the restriction posed is that the bus macro is uni directional. I could
not fathom what makes it uni-directional. As I understand bus macros are built
using tri-state buffers. The control input of it determines whether the output
is tri state value or the buffered input. My question is can we not "control"
the contol input based and allow data flow to be bi-directional or am I missing
something trivial.
