[partial-reconfig] Saving block ram contents.

Hi all,

I want to create a design where some ram-blocks keep there contents from one 
configuration to the next. This is discribed in XAPP290 Appendix D. 
During active partial reconfiguration you get a mixture of the previous 
module and the module that is beeing downloaded (right?). I think strage
things can happen in such a case. Could it be that by chance the contents of 
the ram-blocks is changed? If so, how could one prevent this from happening?
