Hello,

I use the Xilinx Multimedia board with Virtex-II XC2V2000-FF896.  Umar, I
wouldn't recommend it for your application because you don't need a lot of
the multimedia interfaces that come with it.

Jcastillo, do you mind elaborating on what you mean about the pin
arrangements and how it would effect the partial reconfiguration??  Thank
you.
