Hi,
answer to your second question about DCM location is yes, you can.
in UCF file you must use this constrain
INST mbmodule/mbsub/dcm_0/dcm_0/DCM_INST LOC=DCM_X2Y0;
The best way to obtain name of dcm instance is click on placed(routed) DCM module
in FPGAEditor (design can be routed as statical, name is always same) and
DCM location is showed in FPGAEditor, as well.
