[partial-reconfig] PCI PCIX Bit stream Problem

Hello All,

 

I am using PCI/PCIX Core of xilinx

and in my system I have a system like

flash/cpld/vertex.

 

flash contains 2 bitstreams PCIX(default) and PCI.

 

if I keep default as PCIX bitstream and boot in PCI system every thing works fine

 

But vise a versa if I keep PCI as a default bit stream and boot in PCI X system the card gets detected but nothing happens means

BAR configuration, memory allocations.

 

Can anybody please help me...?
