[partial-reconfig] FPGA_Editor Warning 333?
Hi...
Has anyone noticed that upon routing TBUF outputs together for a custom
Bus Macro, there's a warning, 333 to be precise, saying autoroute
failed... however, the two TBUF outputs are routed fine ---- at least
apparently, looking at the display ---- and converting the .nmc file to
.xdl shows that there are PIPs involved, which aren't there if it really
fails to route...
I started off with an .xdl description, which had everything but the
PIPs... I converted the .xdl to .nmc, opened the new file in
FPGA_Editor, performed the routing (which is where the warning showed
up), saved the changes, and converted the .nmc back to .xdl...
Has anyone else experienced this? Apparently it is yet another of the
many ISE quirks...
Just to be sure, I opened the "official" BM in FPGA_Editor, unrouted all
the connections and routed them back again... the warning shows up for
sure, but the routing is back to where it was...
Sincerely,
Umar
