[partial-reconfig] This application has requested the Runtime to terminate

Hi everyone, 
 I encountered the same problem as Gregory (stated below, posted by him 
last December). Do someone ever solved it?      
May be it's due to the instantiation of IOBUFs in the top level 
design ? Do someone knows the correct way to instantiate IOBUFs?

Hi all!

I am currently working on an implementation of a fuzzy controller by
using partial reconfiguration, but I encounter a strange problem. The
final place and route (after the ngdbuild -modular assemble) fails
with this message :

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an 
unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I had a check through the xilinx website, but it seems that this
problem have no solution except waiting for a patch. But my project's
deadlines do not agree with this solution. Has someone experienced the
same problem ? My assistant tried to use FPGA editor instead of PAR,
but the problem is that the FPGA editor do not show respect to the
area constraints of each module.

I would be very thankfully for any hints or, even better, solutions.
